Reviews of this St Andrews and Fife Villages Tour
What a wonderful trip! Our guide was the best!! We learned many things about the Kingdom of Fife. We especially loved the time we spent in St. Andrews. We were able to walk around in the shops, visit the Old Course, and see the cathedral.
Guide was kind and helpful. Beautiful drive through Fife. St Andrews is beautiful. Lots to see and do. Goodly amount of time there. Would have preferred another village than Anstruther for AM coffee. Trip offered more than expected. Loved the visit to Falkland Palace.
The fishing village/St. Andrews tour had just the right amount of free time in each destination. Great to get a feel for small town Scotland and places where the large buses couldn't go. Our tour guide Richard was fantastic! He made the trip. Van very comfortable.
My friend and I took two tours with Rabbies on our recent trip to Scotland - Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands and St. Andrews and the Fishing Villages of Fife. Both were fantastic! One great thing about Rabbies is that the tours are all in 16 passenger buses, which makes for a much better experience than a large coach. Our guides definitely went the extra mile to get to know everyone on the bus. And on both tours we had a great balance of stories of Scottish history and listening to Scottish music. It doesn't get much better than listening to bagpipes while driving through the Highlands! In fact, our guide for St. Andrews even went an extra mile and gave everyone on the tour a copy of the CD we had been listening to on the drive!
