About Sligachan

Sligachan is a tiny settlement on the Isle of Skye on the west coast of Scotland at the junction between A87 and A863 roads. It provides excellent views towards Marsco and Glamaig of the Red Cuillins and towards the Black Cuillins (particularly in afternoon light). Glen Sligachan, the valley stretching south from Sligachan Hotel is used by hillwalkers to approach the Black Cuillins.
